15 Minute Whipped Ricotta

Be an appetizer hero for your friends in minutes. It takes no time and makes you look fancy to your friends. What else could you possibly want?

Tip: If the ricotta is too thick, add 1 teaspoon of cream.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb Fresh Ricotta

- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Sea Salt or Truffle Sea Salt

- Focaccia or Baguette

Optional:

- 2 Tablespoons Honey

- 2 Basil Leaves, Torn

Instructions:

1. Scoop the ricotta to a bowl then whip the ricotta for approximately 10-15 minutes in a food processor or mixer. Add the olive oil and salt into the bowl while it is mixing.

2. Spread the ricotta in a bowl or plate.

3. Drizzle the honey on top of the bowl and top with the basil.

4. Serve with focaccia or baguette and a big appetite!
